Clean & Inspect
Thoroughly clean the bearing mounting surfaces, вал, and корпус with lint-free cloths and high-purity solvent. Inspect all mating surfaces for burrs, nicks, or contamination. Verify mounting dimensions against specification.

Measure вал and корпус bore runout using a dial indicator. Confirm recommended fit tolerances: typically a slight interference on the rotating ring and a clearance or transition fit on the stationary ring. Параллельность and flatness of mounting faces must be within specification.
Mount the Bearing
