LSQ Series Silent Ball Linear Guideway
The LSQ Series is Luoyang Songju's quiet linear guideway solution, purpose-engineered for applications where low operating noise is not just desirable but mandatory. The key innovation is the ball chain -- a precision-molded polymer retainer that spaces each ball at a uniform шаг within the recirculation circuit. By eliminating direct ball-to-ball contact, the chain abolishes the collision noise that accounts for the majority of audible sound in conventional ball guideways. The result is operating noise below 65dB, quieter than normal human conversation.
