Smooth running and low noise are built into HJG-DA and HJG-DB by the resin reflector and return path. The catalog does not list a separate silent series.
Low-Noise Return on HJG-DA and HJG-DB
The HJG-DA and HJG-DB catalog describes a return system of special synthetic resin that guides the balls for smooth movement and low noise. That behavior belongs to the four-row ball guides. It is not a separate model family.
Specify the rail as HJG-DA (15–65 mm published range, tables also list 85 mm) or HJG-DB (45 and 55 mm), then the block form, preload H0–H3, and accuracy P, H, or SP. HJG-DZ roller guides use a keeper chain with a grease pocket; that is a different construction, described on the HJG-DZ page.
