Precision Manufacturing Since 2012

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Luoyang, Henan Province, Luoyang Songju Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has grown into a leading manufacturer of high-precision core components for CNC machine tools. Our 22,000 m² state-of-the-art facility houses advanced CNC machining centers, high-precision grinding equipment, dynamic balancing machines, and comprehensive test benches.

With a dedicated team of over 60 employees including 10 senior engineers, Songju brings deep technical expertise to every project. Our chief engineer -- a State Council Special Allowance recipient holding multiple patents in spindle design -- led the development of China's first central-coolant high-power machining center spindle, a milestone achievement in domestic precision manufacturing.

We combine this engineering depth with rigorous quality control and a customer-first approach, delivering components that meet or exceed international standards across industries from aerospace and automotive to mold making and general precision machining.

What We Build

Four specialized engineering domains covering the complete spectrum of CNC machine tool precision components

Precision Bearings

Angular contact ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings in P4/P2 (ABEC-7/9) grades. Bore range 10mm to 500mm, optimized for machine tool spindle applications with controlled preload and high rigidity.

Motorized Spindles

0.5kW to 100kW power range, speeds up to 120,000 RPM. Synchronous and asynchronous motor types for machining centers, grinding machines, lathes, and special-purpose machine tools.

Linear Motion

Linear guideways in P/H/SP precision grades with 15mm to 65mm rail sizes. Ground ball screws in C3/C5 accuracy and rolled C7 grade, diameter range 8mm to 100mm per DIN 69051.

Custom Engineering

Bespoke spindle designs for OEM and retrofit applications. Our engineering team works from your specifications to deliver application-optimized solutions with full FEA analysis and performance validation.
