The 230XDJ12G40 is a high-torque asynchronous motor spindle built for heavy-duty CNC milling operations where maximum metal removal rates are required. Delivering 40 kW of power and an impressive 318 Nm of torque at 12,000 r/min, this spindle excels in roughing and semi-finishing operations in steel, cast iron, and difficult-to-machine alloys.

The asynchronous induction motor design provides robust, field-proven reliability with lower rotor inertia for responsive acceleration and deceleration. A precision-ground BT50 tool interface accommodates large-diameter face mills, shell mills, and heavy boring bars with secure, repeatable clamping. P4 precision angular contact ball bearings arranged for maximum radial and axial rigidity ensure runout accuracy within 1 micron. The high-capacity water-cooling system maintains thermal stability during continuous production runs.
