FC (FCZ) Series / Ball Screws — Single Nut
The FC Series is Luoyang Songju's single-nut ball screw with internal ball return, offering a compact, cost-effective solution for general linear actuation. The internal ball recirculation circuit keeps the nut body diameter minimized, making FC ball screws ideal for applications where space around the screw axis is constrained. Available in ground (C3) or ground (C3) accuracy grades with diameters from 12mm to 63mm.
The FCZ variant adds a standard mounting flange to the nut body, simplifying machine integration and reducing engineering time. Single-nut construction provides inherently lower rotational inertia than double-nut designs, making FC/FCZ ball screws well-suited for applications requiring rapid acceleration and deceleration. Common applications include general-purpose linear actuators, 3D printer Z-axes, laboratory automation, packaging machinery, and light to medium duty CNC positioning systems.
