HJG-S Double Nut, Internal Return
This HJG-S construction is the double nut with internal circulation and spacer preload. The catalog symbol is FYND: flange-style nut, internal deflector return, spacer preload (D). Spacer preload is one of the three preload methods in the catalog, together with offset lead (B) and oversize ball (Z). It is used to take out axial play.
The internal deflector (type N) is the return used in Europe, America, and Japan practice as described in the catalog: higher resistance to vibration and high positioning accuracy, with a lower speed limit than the tube return, and the same outline as type C1. Published supply remains ground C3 and C5 plus rolled C7, diameters 8–100 mm, DIN 69051. V300p is 12 µm for grade 3 and 23 µm for grade 5. Single-nut internal symbols are FN and FN(Z).
