FYB Series / Ball Screws — High-Speed, Large Lead

The FYB Series is Luoyang Songju's large-lead, high-speed ball screw, engineered for applications where rapid traverse speeds and high acceleration rates are the primary performance criteria. With lead values ranging from 16mm to 40mm -- significantly larger than standard ball screws -- the FYB converts high-speed rotary input into exceptionally fast linear motion. Each revolution of the screw advances the nut by up to 40mm, enabling traverse speeds that would be impossible with conventional lead designs.

Available in C3 (ground) and C3 (ground) accuracy grades with screw diameters from 25mm to 80mm, FYB ball screws are purpose-built for high-speed pick-and-place automation, automated warehouse retrieval systems, high-dynamic packaging machinery, and any application where cycle time is directly driven by linear traverse speed. The large-lead design reduces the required motor speed for a given linear velocity, enabling the use of lower-cost, lower-speed servo motors while maintaining aggressive cycle times.
