HJG-S Double Nut, External Return
This HJG-S page covers double nuts with an external return tube and spacer preload. FYC1D is the exposed-tube double nut. FYC2D is the enclosed-tube double nut, whose tube stays inside the nut outside diameter. Both use spacer preload (D) to remove axial play.
Choose FYC1D when a notch in the support is acceptable, and FYC2D when the tube must not stick out. Accuracy is ground C3 and C5 or rolled C7. Diameters are in the 8–100 mm family range; use the matching table in the catalog. V300p is 12 µm for grade 3 and 23 µm for grade 5. The internal double nut is FYND. Efficiency is 90–95% to DIN 69051.
