High-Rigidity Integrated Crossed Roller Bearings for Industrial Automation

Luoyang Songju CRBH series crossed roller bearings feature an integrated (one-piece) inner and outer ring structure manufactured from vacuum-degassed GCr15 bearing steel. The perpendicular (90°) cylindrical roller arrangement in V-groove raceways enables simultaneous support of radial, axial (both directions), and moment loads with a single compact bearing assembly.

POM (polyoxymethylene) plastic separators between each roller reduce friction, prevent roller-to-roller contact, and maintain consistent roller spacing throughout the rotation cycle. This results in smooth rotational torque, reduced operating temperature, and higher permissible speeds compared to full-complement designs — making the CRBH ideal for continuous-rotation applications.

The integrated ring structure simplifies installation — both inner and outer rings are one-piece, eliminating the need to manage separate ring halves during mounting. Standard models are available in P5, P4, and P2 precision grades. Open type (standard) and sealed type (suffix UU) with dual synthetic rubber seals are available for contamination protection.
