HJG-K Linear Bearing Blocks
Three forms are tabulated: crawler (letter A in the model), roll (no A or B), and dovetail (letter B). Connecting holes are threaded (L) or plain (T). Accuracy grades are F, E, D, and C. The catalog states that load capacity is more than ten times that of a conventional rolling bearing in this duty, and that a hardened bed way should be HRC 58–64 over 1–2 mm. HJG-J rolling splines, which carry torque while the sleeve travels, are in the same catalog.
HJG-K blocks are built on the roller-bearing principle for frequent start and stop. The catalog cites high load capacity, a small gap between static and dynamic friction, and sensitive linear motion at low speed without creep. Blocks are GCr15 bearing steel after heat treatment. Assembly uses the reference face of the block.
