HJG-DA 4-Row Ball Linear Guideway
HJG-DA is the main four-row ball linear guide in Songju’s HJG-D family. Rail and block are quality alloy steel, ground on purpose-built machines. Four rows of balls run at a 45° contact angle, so radial, reverse-radial, and both lateral loads share the same capacity. A resin return path is used for smooth, low-noise travel. End seals, scrapers, and an oil cup with a lubrication channel are part of the assembly.
Block codes follow the catalog: A high flange, B low flange, C rectangle; mounting holes are threaded (A) or plain (B). Suffix L is the extended block. Preload is H0 micro, H1 light, H2 medium, or H3 heavy. Published accuracy grades are P, H, and SP. The portfolio rail range is 15–65 mm (15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 45, 55, and 65). The HJG-DA specification tables also list size 85. Rated loads and the recommended end distance G are in the linear-motion catalog.
