HJG-DA
Extended Guide Block
The long block is an option on HJG-DA and HJG-DB, marked with suffix L in the catalog code. It is not a separate wide-rail series.
HJG-DA and HJG-DB Extended Block
Block families remain high flange A, low flange B, and rectangle C, with threaded or plain holes. Preload is H0–H3. Accuracy grades are P, H, and SP. The published rail range is 15–65 mm; HJG-DA tables also list 85 mm. There is no separate wide-rail series in the HJG-D catalog. Dimensions of the L block are in the specification tables.
Catalog codes such as DA25AAL and DA25BAL add the letter L for the extended block on the same nominal rail. The longer block raises moment capacity without changing the rail size. HJG-DB extended blocks use the same suffix on sizes 45 and 55.

When to use the long block
Use suffix L when one block must carry a higher moment on a standard HJG-DA or HJG-DB rail.
