Lubrication and Sealing
HJG-D guides are lubricated through an oil cup and flow path, and protected by end seals and scrapers. HJG-DZ also stores grease in the roller keeper chain.
Lubrication and Dust Protection
Every HJG-D guide in the catalog — HJG-DA, HJG-DB, and HJG-DZ — has end seals and scrapers to keep dust out of the raceway, plus an oil cup and a flow path for lubrication. That is the standard provision. The catalog does not list a separate fiber-net self-lubricator with its own oil volume.
On HJG-DZ, the keeper chain between rollers has a grease pocket. The catalog states that an oil film forms between the rollers and the chain so the guide can run for a long interval without added maintenance. When you order, name the series (HJG-DA, HJG-DB, or HJG-DZ), the size, and whether side lubrication must be called out — the HJG-DZ tables ask for that note when side lubrication is required.

Specify the HJG-D series and size. Sealing and the oil cup ship with the guide; HJG-DZ adds the grease-storing chain.
