The Self-Lubricator is Luoyang Songju's intelligent lubrication accessory designed to dramatically extend maintenance intervals for rolling linear guideways. Mounted directly onto the guideway carriage, the unit incorporates a built-in fiber net oil reservoir that stores lubricant and releases it at a controlled rate through capillary action. As the carriage traverses the rail, the fiber net maintains a consistent, ultra-thin lubricant film on the raceway surface -- delivering continuous lubrication without pumps, pipes, or electrical connections. This passive technology extends standard grease lubrication intervals by 3 to 5 times, transforming preventive maintenance from a weekly task into a quarterly or semi-annual one.
Fully compatible with Luoyang Songju's LG, LGS, and LGR series guideways, the self-lubricator is available in sizes matched to each rail width. Each unit holds approximately 2-5cc of lubricating oil, sufficient for months of continuous operation depending on duty cycle and environmental conditions.
