The 120XDJ42Q17 is an ultra-high-speed motor spindle purpose-built for micro-machining, PCB drilling, and ultra-high-speed milling operations. With a compact 120mm housing diameter, 17 kW of power, and an exceptional 42,000 r/min maximum speed, this spindle achieves unmatched feed rates and surface quality on small features and thin materials.
The Q-type high-speed induction motor is optimized for extreme rotational velocities with minimal heat generation. Equipped with P4/P2 ceramic hybrid ball bearings featuring silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) rolling elements, the spindle achieves extended service life at top speeds while maintaining runout accuracy within 1 micron.
