We met with the customer in Shanghai to discuss the long-term strategic cooperation on the electric spindle, linear guide and ball screw.
The China CNC Machine Tool Exhibition (CCMT) is one of the most influential machine tool exhibitions in the Asia-Pacific region. Held in Shanghai, the 2024 edition brought together leading manufacturers, suppliers, and industry professionals from around the world to showcase the latest advancements in CNC machining technology, automation, and precision components.
Luoyang Songju was proud to participate in this prestigious event, where we had the opportunity to connect with valued customers and industry partners. Our team engaged in productive discussions about the future of precision machining and explored new avenues for collaboration in electric spindle technology, linear motion systems, and ball screw applications.
At our exhibition booth, visitors experienced firsthand the precision engineering that goes into every Songju component. Our engineers conducted live demonstrations of high-speed electric spindles operating at up to 60,000 RPM, showcasing the exceptional performance delivered by hybrid ceramic bearings and optimized oil-air lubrication systems. The linear guideway display demonstrated smooth motion with sub-micron positioning accuracy, attracting considerable attention from machine tool builders and automation integrators.
The exhibition provided an excellent platform for us to demonstrate our commitment to quality and innovation. We look forward to building on the relationships strengthened during this event and continuing to serve our customers with high-precision components that meet the demanding requirements of modern CNC machine tools.
CCMT 2024 featured over 1,200 exhibitors from 28 countries and regions, occupying more than 140,000 square meters of exhibition space. The event covered the entire spectrum of machine tool technology, including metal cutting and forming machines, CNC systems, industrial robots, precision measuring instruments, and core functional components. The scale and diversity of the exhibition underscored the continued growth and innovation within the global machine tool industry, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region which now accounts for over 60% of global machine tool consumption.
The conversations we had at CCMT 2024 reinforced our belief that the demand for high-precision, reliable spindle and motion control components will continue to grow as manufacturers push toward higher productivity, tighter tolerances, and increased automation. Luoyang Songju remains committed to investing in R&D and manufacturing capabilities to meet these evolving needs, ensuring that our customers can depend on us as a long-term strategic partner for their most critical precision components.
